Experience Resounding Breathwork

Conscious connected breathing for release and renewal

Breath is fundamental to life—from our first breath emerging into the world to our last. It's also our most constant companion, always available, yet rarely given our full attention.


Breathwork is the practice of breathing with intention. In a Resounding Breathwork session, I guide you through conscious connected breathing—a continuous flow of breath with no pause between inhale and exhale, like waves rising and receding on a shore. The technique is simple: breathe a little deeper and a little faster than normal, letting the breath find its own rhythm in your body. You might experience tingling, waves of emotion, unexpected memories, or moments of deep stillness. Whatever arises, you remain in control—you always have the volume knob.


At certain points in the session, I may invite you to explore breath holds—pauses that can create space for stillness and deeper presence. Like any invitation, you're free to accept or decline based on what feels right for you in the moment.


Music plays a central role in Resounding Breathwork. As a lifelong musician, I curate each playlist to support the arc of the journey—from settling in and finding your rhythm, through deepening intensity, to integration and rest. I'm drawn especially to voice and drums, among the oldest instruments humans have used to access altered states. The sound of drums lives deep in our collective memory; it can call us to open further, to move more energy, to let go.


Resounding Breathwork offers a pathway to release what's been held in the body, access emotions and insights that live beneath ordinary awareness, and reconnect with your own inner wisdom. Whether you're seeking stress relief, emotional clearing, or simply a deeper relationship with yourself, the breath is always available as a guide.
