He is a seasoned advisor and executive coach with over two decades of experience. Having collaborated closely with leaders in both family and corporate enterprises, he specializes in empowering individuals to harness their innate strengths and talents. Through his guidance, clients cultivate healthy, enduring relationships while navigating the complexities of professional and personal life.
Early in his career, Michael faced the challenges of a dysfunctional family business, which ignited his passion for understanding human dynamics. He embarked on a journey to explore how individuals and families can unlock their full potential and rise above the generational patterns that bind them. (he wrote a book about it... see below). This quest led Michael to delve into non-ordinary states of consciousness, where profound insights emerged during meditation, Breathwork, and the use of entheogenic medicines.
Recently, Michael has expanded his expertise through specialized training in Internal Family Systems, Psychedelic Assisted Coaching, Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy, Breathwork and Family Constellations. These modalities have unveiled new dimensions for growth and healing, inspiring him to explore innovative approaches.
